Senate District 63 Convention
Our 2008 Senate District Convention will be held at 9:00 a.m. on March 8 at Richfield Intermediate School. If you are interested in screening for any party officer position to be elected at the 2008 convention, the Nominations Comittee screened candidates on February 23th and February 27th, and will provide some time for screening candidates on the morning of the convention.
Nomination Screening Form -- complete this before screening with the committee.
In preparation for the convention, the Constitution Committee has considered amendments to the current constitution. You can read their proposal here.
The proposed rules for the convention can be downloaded here. The Rules Committee developed these closely following the DFL Model Rules and Agenda.
The Resolutions Committee has compiled the resolutions adopted at precinct caucuses. You can read them in the committee's resolutions report.
